Some Graphs are Suddenly Stops

Post by deepak090 »

Hello everyone,

I'm encountering issues with Cacti version 1.2.25 where some graphs suddenly stop updating. SNMP and verbose queries are running efficiently, and this problem is affecting all devices except for 5. The poller service runs correctly every 5 minutes. Can anyone help me troubleshoot and resolve this issue?

System Details:
- Operating System: CentOS 7.9
- Cacti Version: 1.2.25 (current)
- PHP Version: 5.4.16
- MariaDB:* Ver 15.1 Distrib 10.5.25-MariaDB
- SNMP: 5.7.2
- Storage: 1.8TB
- CPU: 24 cores
- RAM: 64GB
- RRDtool: 1.4.8

Verify if the data sources are marked as orphan:

SELECT * FROM data_local WHERE id IN(X,Y,Z);

If they are orphan, they will not be collected during polling.

For those wondering, I'm still here, but lost in the shadows. Yearning for less bugs. Who want's a Cacti 1.3/2.0? Streams anyone?

Hello Thewitness,

Thank you for your assistance.

The issue has been resolved now. The problem was related to the spine. Spine was not installed on the server. Once I installed the spine and configured it correctly, everything started working fine.
