Do we need to change owner & group from 'toto' to 'apache'

Hi Team,

In my production environment I see for cacti 1.2.18 list of files & folders, owner & group are defined as "apache".
But we configured a new instance, where I see for cacti 1.2.18 list of files & folders, owner & group are defined as "toto".
Do i need to change the owner & group for new instance too ?

I normally change owner on everything to Apache or whatever the website or the cactid is running as.
