How to use MIB files?

I have obtained MIB files for a network device, and I would like to leverage these files to create graphs depicting various performance metrics and parameters monitored by SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol).

Could you please provide instructions or resources on how to import and utilize MIB files effectively within the Cacti platform to generate the desired graphs?
