Plugin RouterConfigs not elevating on Cisco

Post by avantat »

Hi there,

I installed routerconfigs plugin on a Ubuntu Cacti 1.26 install. Plugin is version 1.6
I set up authentication with enable password. I tested with 2 Cisco devices; configs are being backed up on the device that has no enable password set. The one that does I can see in the debug it is never elevated, thus the backup fails.
Assume elevated is checked. Any ideas why it is not being elevated?

Thanks,

You may have to increase the debug level. I don't use it. So, I can not be of much help.

For those wondering, I'm still here, but lost in the shadows. Yearning for less bugs. Who want's a Cacti 1.3/2.0? Streams anyone?

Yeah, didn't see anything more in the debug logs. If I have time I might take a deeper look at the code.
