Can't create a graph associated with None as host

Post by jackouille »

Running Cacti 1.2.26 on CentOS7, I've created a new graph with multiple same data sources and I want to add these data taken from more than 10 hosts.
I found the following thread https://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?t=10131 but None doesn't appear while creating my graph so I shall assign the to one host but I'm then stuck and can't select the same DS from another host.
Any idea ?
DS is a self made so Aggregate doesn't work...

Do I need to perform a manual entry on DB in order to solve my issue?

Is there a way to play with DB in order to select different hosts for the same graph ?
Here is my graph. I was able to add a second host but I'm stuck with next ones.

Or is there a specific parameter to add while creating the template ?

As you can see while creating a new graph I don't have the "None" host defined.

PS: I have ab issue adding pics, they are <1MiB and in PNG format but I received an exclamation in green (!!) with the following error code: Could not upload attachment to ./files/50119_1d6ad6cb933f267c57794b05a9ee257a.

If you need add aggregation, try:
management -> graphs -> choose graphs -> create aggregate graph

result is Management -> aggregates

Thanks Macan but current aggregated graphs doesn't match my expectations that's why I create my owns.
In fact the graph I made are only using one DS on the 3 per devices.
How can I add a <none> device ?

With current aggregate function, all areas/lines are with the same color, I would like to have different colors per host.
But it works (with aggregates).

You need to enable advanced graph creation mode. Then you will be able to create graphs manually.

if I'm not mistaken, it's settings-> general tab -> Graph/Data Source Creation Method
