Issue After Cacti Upgrade

I've updated my windows install of Cacti to 1.2.26. All is well except weathermap. I'm currently running 1.1 version of weathermap. The maps are being created correctly but I'm seeing the following error in my Cacti Logs:
PLUGIN WARNING: Plugin 'weathermap' is attempting to call 'api_plugin_register_realm' improperly in function 'weathermap_config_arrays'

I've tried updating weathermap to the latest version from github but it completely crashes cacti with php errors. Here are a few of those errors:

If I copy my current 1.1 version back to my plugins folder all is well except for the multiple errors about api_plugin_register_realm

any suggestions?

Version 1.3 is out. There is only 1 outstanding bug I think.
