Re: Problems when trying to monitor a UPS
Run that spine command using -V 3 instead of -V 5 and upload the results.

Re: Problems when trying to monitor a UPS
Change the Availability Method to SNMP GetNext and then run again.

I don't know where he changed it.
I'll send you the data source of the template.

Re: Problems when trying to monitor a UPS
First edit the Device and change the Availability Method to SNMP GetNext and then post the -V 3 again.

Re: Problems when trying to monitor a UPS
This is according to the attached graph
Re: Problems when trying to monitor a UPS
Hello, I would like to follow this topic that I am waiting for today, I have found more information on the subject.
I had the opportunity to have a physical team. All the previous tests were in remote mode, I had several networks and I had my doubts if there was something at the network level.
I put a direct network cable (rj45) to the sc300 and what I noticed is that when I run the snmpwalk command at some point the computer stops responding, the same does not happen with a snmpget query. My question: is it possible to change the cacti settings so that it performs a query as snmpget instead of snmpwalk?

Re: Problems when trying to monitor a UPS
maybe you should try update your UPS firmware. It isn't normal behavior when UPS stops responding
