graph not update after reboot

Post by davreag »

Dear All,

Please help

found out each time system reboot, the graph not getting update (for all device, include windows, cisco, fortigate...etc).
Therefore, click "Re-Index Device" in one device@ Feb 13, 17:38(don't know it is correct procedure or not),

check detail after 4-5 hours, (when graph resumed). show as following
(anyway can speed up the recovery? 4-5 hours is too long)

2024-02-13 17:25:00 7,696 7,696
2024-02-13 17:30:00 7,696 7,696

Then I wonder, can it fixed the issue,

add a schedule job (every 2 mins) in windows for

C:\cacti\Apache24\htdocs\cacti>php poller.php --force

find cacti added schedule, but not know why it didn't start

then enforce schedule to run, it seems graph resumed.

Use the systemctl service instead.
