Hello All,
I have a strange problem with onboarding device into cacti. We have mostly fortinets and I see 2 devices added and working fine , however when i tired to add other devices, same fortinet.
Did snmp walk and still see no response from the firewall. I am not sure what am i missing and any help would be of really appreciated.

It seems like problem on your firewall, not cacti system.
Check if snmp is enabled on correct interface (network -> interfaces -> choose correct -> Enable ssh in administrative access
Check system -> snmp if it is set correctly
If you have enabled trusted hosts, add cacti's IP address to trusted list -> System -> administrators -> edit admin account

Hi Macan,
Many thanks for your reply.
Sure , let me review it but for sure the trusted host is configured and cacti IP is not there, but isnt it only for administration? Also do we need the SSH to be enabled on the interface.

If I remember it correctly, cacti's IP must be in trusted host. Try it and let me know
