Hello,
I have some interface that dosen't have an alias on it.
So I create a title including the ifDesc of but it's look like when I apply the 'Reapply Suggested Names' it dosen't change anythingg at all.
How can I troubleshoot that ?

So what can I check, and why this function didn't give any output when it can change anything ?

Maybe you can try a few things to troubleshoot this issue.
First, make sure that you have the necessary permissions to change the interface name. If you do not have the required permissions, contact your network administrator. download lagu
Second, ensure that you have correctly entered the ifDesc in the title. If ifDesc is not entered correctly, Reapply Suggested Names may not change the interface name.
Third, try removing special characters such as forward slashes (/) from the title. According to , Cacti does not like special characters in the title.
Finally, you can try running the script with the option to display debug messages. This script can help you find issues with Reapply Suggested Names.
