Re: Unable to add iDirect NMS Graph
Hello Osiris,

It will not move to the next stage and then the same error
Please see attached.

Re: Unable to add iDirect NMS Graph
If someone else should try installing and testing the iDirect template. Maybe there is something I am missing out.
The default Local linux Machine is graphing see attached.
See the guide I used to setup cacti: https://linux.how2shout.com/how-to-inst ... -04-20-04/
See the iDirect Template that I am using: http://bit.ly/1lIHkAT
Let someone, please try this and confirm what I am saying or point me to the right direction.
Thank you for your help.

Re: Unable to add iDirect NMS Graph
Hello
Please do you want me to run the below code:
snmpwalk oid .1.3.6.1.4.1.13732.1.4.1.1.1
Just want to understand, what you are asking me to do.
If you can write the code for me, it will be well appreciated.

Re: Unable to add iDirect NMS Graph
It seems that here is something about your template
viewtopic.php?t=28863&start=75
If you want to play with monitoring, you should know things like snmpwalk etc.
If the rest of the template works for you, you can try creating SCPERRORS from scratch.
Read https://docs.cacti.net/
section HOW TOs

Re: Unable to add iDirect NMS Graph
So, I suspect I know what the problem is. First, the author of this template never completed it. There is quite a bit of good work, but it is not completed. What I did to test was the following:
1) Start with a clean install
2) Copy the snmp_queries XML files to the correct location
3) Import "ONLY" the Host Template, nothing else
4) Create a device both a good SNMP based one and a device with no SNMP access.
Neither cases were iDirect, but I had absolutely no errors. When editing the Host Template I find the image below.
Please tell us what your Host Template page looks like? Upload an image like mine. We want to understand what is different between your version and the one from a simple import of the Device Template.

Re: Unable to add iDirect NMS Graph
Hello TheWitness,
Let me confirm, is it the device your were creating or the graph. On the console, we have too option to either create new graph or new device.
I will do as you said and share feedback.
Thank You.
