Graph selections: old Version 0.8.8b vs 1.2.25

Post by joseph85750 »

I recently migrated an old version 0.8.8b to 1.2.25. For the most part, I got everything working.
However, I have a question about a behavior/feature I see in my old 0.8.8b that I can't seem to make work in the new 1.2.25.
In the old version, when I go to the "Showing All Graphs" screen for a particular item, I can click on a graph and it will present a new page with multiple graphs:
  • Hourly (1 Minute Average)
  • Daily (5 Minute Average)
  • Weekly (6 Minute Average)
  • Monthly (30 Minute Average)
  • Long Term (5 Hour Average)
But on the new version, when I go to that same page, the mouse pointer becomes crosshairs and won't let me click on a graph to get multiple graphs as described above. Instead, it looks like it wants me to select a time slot with the crosshairs. Is this just a new way to replace the old behavior? Or can I do something to make it behave the way the old version did?

There is a button to the right of the graph "Time Graph View" that has the old behavior. If you don't see the buttons, then you may have to enable the permissions for the User. I believe the permission is named "Show Graph Action Icons"

Thanks! Found it!

For the record:

Console > Configuration > Users > (Click username) > Permissions Tab

You will see a permission for
"Show Graph Action Icons"
