I prefer to set cron to 5 min and 1-min polling in Console -> Settings - Poller

Code: Select all

root@cacti:/var/www/html# cat /etc/cron.d/cacti
*/5 * * * * root /usr/bin/php /var/www/html/cacti/poller.php --force > /dev/null 2>&1
cron

I've been using the systemd server for a long time now. The only thing that aggravates me about using it is that the Cacti memory (basically RRDfiles) reports as used memory and that confuses a lot of people.
