Warning message poller output table not empty

Post by mohammadramadan »

Hello Bro,
Recrntly, i am receiving warning email :
WARNING: Poller Output Table not empty for poller id 1. Issues: 15, DS[47, 127, 132, 339, 423, 1064, 1098, 1379, 1383, 1406, 1740, 1746, 1776, 1790, 1860].

Then I have received:
Maximum runtime of 298 seconds exceeded for poller id 1. Exiting.

Then received:
WARNING: There are 2 processes detected as overrunning a polling cycle for poller id 1, please investigate.

I never received these warning emails before I had to revert to a snapshot.
What does this message mean and what do i have to do against it?
TIA

Try change number of cmd/spine process or threads, change device timeouts.

Sort your devices by poll time and try to resolv the worst devies.
