Need help with SMTP settings

Guys we have installed cacti and monitoring is working fine, now when we are trying to generate the test email, it shows as smtp error.

I need to know why the ping result shows as bypassed and why it has this smtp connect issue.

Maybe you need to use TLS. Also, are your sure of that port?

I already used TLS, but i changed the email config for a new email and it started to work.
