Email notifications for device down

Ello Ello,

Cacti noob here. I've set up Cacti and Thold and I'm very happy.

I've got Thold working for when device storage is at a certain percentage. This works fine!

I was wondering if there was an easy way to set up an email notification for when a device goes down?

In a very old forum post, I read:

Install the Cacti Thold plugin if you still haven't done that.
Go to Settings -> Thresholds.
Adjust your settings as needed.
Enable the "Dead host notification"

But I don't seem to have this option in my cacti settings.
