converting traffic graph to 95%

Hello all,
As the title stated is it possible to convert "Traffic (bits/sec)" data into "Traffic (bits/sec, 95th Percentile)" data?
Basically I have a traffic graph, but I really do need to get the 95% information for the previous month. So, is it possible, and if so, how?
