I have a graph template that has been working for years. But when I create a new graph using this template it seems to fall back to the some other (default?) template. When I manage graphs and then click on "edit graph template" it takes me to the correct template, but clearly it isn't using it.
Here's the tempalte:
Here's a WORKING graph:
Here is a brand new graph that is NOT working:
As you can see I've tried recreating the graph from scratch but no joy.
I did just notice this in the Graph Debug:
This is set in the non-working graph:
--imgformat=SVG \
In a debug for a working graph I see this:
--imgformat=PNG \
So I went into the template and changed it to PNG, and it still has the same issue yet the debug now says it is PNG. What's odd is that both are using the same graph template (confirmed by clicking Edit Graph Template on both graphs) and yet one was drawing it as PNG and the other SVG while it was set to SVG. Meanwhile still the new one is wrong regardless of format.
Any suggestions?
Edit: Forgot important stuff
Cacti Version 1.2.23

Re: Some Graphs Not Using Template
Okay, looking at this closely, what happened is that you made modifications to the default Cacti Interface Graphs, and when you upgraded, you imported the 'Default' one again and overwrote your customization. If you have either a backup of your Cacti Database or you backed up your customer Template (preferred method), just re-import it from your backed up XML file.

For those wondering, I'm still here, but lost in the shadows. Yearning for less bugs. Who want's a Cacti 1.3/2.0? Streams anyone?

Re: Some Graphs Not Using Template
I'm working on a Clone Utility that will allow you to make each Device Template your own. It won't be in the 1.2.x release, but for sure in the 1.3.
