[SOLVED] HELP - Professional service to repair Cacti

Post by dirikuteguh »

Hello,

Does anyone offer professional support to repair Cacti configuration? I'm in need of one because most of my graphs are blank (-nan). My system consists of around 200 devices with more than 10.000 graphs (but I believe a lot is non-functional because some devices has been dismantled or removed from network). How much will you charge?

What version of Cacti? What does your log say? Specifically the STATS line?

poller doesn't finish on time. It was in forums more times. Try to search here graph with gaps, poller overrun.

Check DNS resolving in cacti, sort your device by poll time and try to find out problematic devices, try to change snmp/ping timeout and retries, ...

Or spine is broken. You can test spine using the command line. Check the docs for testing spine at docs.cacti.net
