Hi All,
We had a production setup of Cacti 0.8.8b which was working and configured for all our network devices. Few days back, the server crashed and we created a new instance of same version and imported the backup.
Post restoration, the application is up, we have scheduled the poller process, but the graph is not getting updated.
I'm new at this pls help.
Regards
tik.

Re: Support required for Cacti 0..8.8b post restoration of backup
version 0.8.8 is very old. It could be problem with PHP version, DB version, ... Did you change something?
You should leave this old version

Re: Support required for Cacti 0..8.8b post restoration of backup
Check the database version vs the source version and make sure they are the same. Also, if you have enabled any plugins, try disabling those first and see if the error goes away. As Macan has already said though, that is a very old version and if you can, you should take the opportunity to migrate forward. We have just released 1.2.25 which has a bunch of security fixes and is our latest stable release.
If you need any assistance with that, my company can offer support/upgrade paths, feel free to message me.
