Reading Bandwidth utilization data in Cacti using ASP.Net

Hi Team,

I need to read the bandwidth utilization data from cacti and perform certain actions using ASP.Net. I need help either with code or guidance on how can I do that.

My requirement is to be able to fetch bandwidth utilization data in real time and perform certain task when a certain threshold has been triggered.

I am not a coder so would help if some one can help with a code / script written in ASP.Net to be able to do so or a php script that can later be called in asp.net code to achieve my goal.
