Please HELP: Graphs stopped updating and no new graph created after upgrading to 1.2.23

Post by walelade »

I have been having issues with my cacti for a while now and I have had no luck in solving the issue.

Could someone kindly assist me with this ongoing issue since I upgraded cacti to version 1.2.23

For some unknown reasons I get this error when Poller runs

" - POLLER: Poller[Main Poller] PID[15973] Maximum runtime of 298 seconds exceeded. Exiting. "

" SYSTEM STATS: Time:299.1200 Method:cmd.php Processes:6 Threads:1 Hosts:307 HostsPerProcess:52 DataSources:1889 RRDsProcessed:0 "

After enabling debugging:

I notice the processes in the image below runs endlessly. I left it running for a month and it still hasn't completed.

Any suggestion on how to resolve this issue will be very appreciated.

Thank you!

Maximum runtime of 298 seconds exceeded. Exiting - try to find answer for this here in forums. It was in forum more times

If you upgraded from cacti 1.1.x, you need to build spine 1.2.x. Spine 1.1.x is not compatible.
