Cacti 1.1.3 - Unable to add a device to tree - Tree is locked

Hello Team,

I am trying to add a new device to an existing tree. When I try to do so, it says the tree has been locked for editing by the "username". Even if i click "Finish Editing Tree" (logged in as same user), it is not allowing me to drag and drop another device. Is there a solution for this? Your advise is highly appreciated.

1.1.3 is very old. I don't know it this is working on 1.1.3. Try go to Management->devices -> select device and bottom is action "Place on tree"
