Poller change from 5 to 1 minute, any cons?

I am considering changing the poller interval in settings from 5 minutes to 1 minute.

Question #1.
Is there any cons to changing settings for polling interval from the default 5 minutes to 1 minute interval?
We currently poll two Juniper QFX5100 switches connected via MPLS.

There is a total of about 60 graphs generated among the two devices.

Question #2,
If I have 1 minute and 5 minutes data profiles and a poller set at 1 minute in settings, would all the data sources be polled every minute or is it selective and some would be polled every 1 minute while others would be polled every 5 minutes?
