I have the following line in logs:
SYSTEM STATS: Time:106.5150 Method:spine Processes:10 Threads:12 Hosts:4 HostsPerProcess:1 DataSources:4708 RRDsProcessed:0

Where do I adjust HostsPerProcess?

Thats something that is done automatically, it will split up the number of hosts over the number of processes. You only have 4 hosts, but you have 10 Processes. So it is basically going to spawn 4 processes each with 1 host.
