more than 1200 data source

I have a main poller and I have two RDC.
I have 3 core switches.
And I have the following problem in attached my picture in all of graphes of the given switch.
in the given switch I have 1200 data sources.
I don't have this problem in Zabbix.

all graphs have gaps in the same time?
If yes it seems that your poller not finishing at time

Please show
Logs->choose type "Stats" and choose more lines.

What is your poller interval?

All of my graph have gap.

Under Data Collection, increase the number of processes of the Main Poller. You currently have it at 3. Also, you might want to eventually move to Spine instead of using cmd.php.
