Issues with cacti 1.2.24

Post by Lalbee99 »

Since I upgraded from cacti 1.2.23 to 1.2.24 I noticed the following (2) issues that were not present in 1.2.23

I am not able to add a new graph on an existing device. I get the following errors in the cacti log.

2023/03/29 10:14:36 - CMDPHP PHP ERROR WARNING Backtrace: (/graphs_new.php[42]:form_save(), /graphs_new.php[164]:html_graph_new_graphs(), /lib/html_graph.php[465]:host_new_graphs_save(), /graphs_new.php[269]:CactiErrorHandler())

I am not able to delete a device. The device delete process in the gui looks normal with the typical prompt "Delete all associated Graph(s) and Data Source(s)." but when you hit continue
it just repaints the device page with the host still listed. I get the following errors in the cacti log.

2023/03/29 10:16:25 - CMDPHP PHP ERROR WARNING Backtrace: (/host.php[72]:form_actions(), /host.php[302]:sanitize_unserialize_selected_items(), /lib/functions.php[4466]:unserialize(), CactiErrorHandler())

Trying on fresh updated 1.2.24 and creating/delete graph is without any issue.

It is PHP version problem. I expecting that you have version < 7.0. You have to update PHP
