How do I uninstall Cacti?

I install Cacti two times to two different servers. But both didn't work. I could go until "login" page. But once I logged out, I never be able to log in again. Password/ID are correct and I don't know why it always doesn't work.
I need to uninstall cacti. But I don't know how.
Would you please tell me how to uninstall cacti or tell me "uninstall guide page" if you know any?

Delete the crontab entry for cacti polling
Delete the cacti database from mysql
Delete everything under /var/www/html/cacti
