unable to login using admin account

unable to login using admin account

I have copy (batch copy) the administrator (admin) user account and after that when I tried to login in my cacti portal using the admin account it shows error (screenshot attached). But other users are working.
Is it possible to create another user as administrator using mysql query?
Anyone please help?

Cacti Version 1.2.15
CentOS Linux release 7.9.2009 (Core)

Edit the cacti.sql file. Look for the table user_auth_realm, after the creat line, there are a bunch of inserts, change INSERT INTO to REPLACE INTO, copy the changed bits, and paste them into a MySQL command prompt.
