Help please | Rddtool no grap

Post by kurosaki »

Hello friends how are you? I will start by telling you that I am new to cacti, I do not know much about this software and I have a problem. I would like to be able to monitor my devices using ping, it seems that they connect and detect my devices correctly, my problem is that I have some equipment fortinet, my server reaches them with a latency of 0.423 is an example, I use the Unix ping latency graph template, when I see the graph of my Unix ping latency sometimes it's fine and sometimes it's not, it sends me latencies of 400 milliseconds or sometimes It goes almost to a thousand and 1000 does not match and when I add all the graphics to the tree to be able to see all the graphic devices, it is even worse. I don't know if I explained myself and someone could help me to solve my problem. If possible, I'll attach an image tomorrow since I can't connect to the Internet freely at work. Thank you very much in advance, regards.

Make sure your poller is running and that your log is free from errors, and that the poller user has permissions to the directory.

For those wondering, I'm still here, but lost in the shadows. Yearning for less bugs. Who want's a Cacti 1.3/2.0? Streams anyone?
