is there any plugin available for integrating Cacti to Service Now (Service desk Tool).
does anyone has done similar initegration....

Most integrations are done with scripts presently, So, the sky is the limit, you just need to know how to write scripts.
We use a message bus that connects to both Service Now and Pager Duty. It was a no brainer to use. Not public, by not difficult to write.
