Cacti 1.2.23 theme issue

Cacti 1.2.23 theme issue

i copied the modern theme, edited it for images and colors.. and in 1.2.22 zero issues.
now, in 1.2.23 in the log i am seeing this
WEBUI WARNING: Key Cacti Include File C:/inetpub/wwwroot/cacti/include/themes/MYTHEME/Diff.css missing. Please locate and replace this file

that file isnt in any of the default folders for themes in cacti. i know its going to be in 1.3, but is this an oversight maybe?

Just copy the Diff.css from one of the other similar themes.

none of my theme folders contains that file.
