conditional\nested alerting

sorry if its been asked before but can thold (alerting of up\down) have conditional alerting set?
here's a concept
i have HQ and a remote site.. Site A

from HQ im montioring a bunch of things in Site A, but if the internet\firewall\router goes down in SiteA, i want one alert sent that could include all the names of devices in that site, and not individual alerts for all devices in that site.

is that even possible?

That sounds like Nagios/Icinga ...

Not sure if that's possible, but a nice feature request indeed. If you're using remote pollers/Data collectors, that could(?) be implemented easily. If you got a single Cacti instance, that may be more complicated as it may require a parent/child relationship.
