You go on settings and you change the number of collum.
You save.
You return at original value.
You save.
Well Done.

Re: [Cacti 0.8.8f]Graph -> tree mode : blank
In my case that did not work. If I go to "settings" in graph mode and select "single pane", it works. But if I go back to "dual pane" which was the default, the graph tree view page is completely blank.
Re: [Cacti 0.8.8f]Graph -> tree mode : blank
Also note the browser reports the following errors:
jstree.js:11 Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined(anonymous function) @ jstree.js:11(anonymous function) @ jstree.js:13
jquery.zoom.js:968 Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined(anonymous function) @ jquery.zoom.js:968
graph_view.php:75 Uncaught ReferenceError: $ is not defined(anonymous function) @ graph_view.php:75
The first two are reported in single or dual pane. The third only in dual pane. The code causing that error seems to be:
$(function () {
$('#navigation').css('height', ($(window).height()-80)+'px');
$(window).resize(function() {
$('#navigation').css('height', ($(window).height()-80)+'px');
});
$("#jstree")
It is complaining about the "$" in front of (function). I have attached a screen shot of the debugger.

ok, I found the problem. I am running an Ubuntu system and the javascript-common package got hosed somehow. Even doing an apt-get remove and install did not fix the problem. Had to do:
dpkg --purge javascript-common
apt-get install javascript-common
and it works fine now. This might have happened during a distribution upgrade from 14.04 LTS to 16.04LTS
dpkg --purge javascript-common
apt-get install javascript-common

This also will happen on a fresh Mint "Sarah" install.
Thanks for troubleshooting this George !

Just signed up to this forum to say thanks, this worked perfectly for me .. Only difference is that I am on a fresh install of 16.04...
I guess I can pick up all this hair off the floor, and try to glue it back on ..

We are no longer supporting that version of cacti. I would suggest you upgrade, though I see weather map there too which will complicate the upgrade.
