Mostly All graphs have Cuts In Cacti

Hello All,

We are Using Cacti tool Version 1.2.18, as Graph Monitoring tool for Various Router & Devices.
Now we see mostly graphs have Regular Cuts. There is no issue found in Logs for those specific Devices.
SNMP connectivity also good to those Device.

1. We increased snmp time out for some device, but it did not work.
2. We tried to increase Heartbeat of each Graph in rrd file , by rrdtool . still it did not work.

Hearbeat Increased from 600 to 900.Even for some it was increased to 1200. Then also same cuts are available in Graphs.

ds[5min_cpu].minimal_heartbeat = 900

3. We tried to stop the poller for 10 minutes & After restart of Poller, also it did not work .

Any one can help on this to resolve the Issue, So it will be appreciated.

Below are example snapshots of Graphs. Same issue for mostly graphs in Cacti.

Goto Console > Configuration > Settings > Poller and set Invalid Data Logging to Detailed. Then goto the Cacti log to get some clues. Also ensure that your RRDfiles are owned by the Web Server and writable. If not using spine, start using it.

Hi,

After made Changes Doesn't Find anything in Cacti.log For this devices(beip01-10lln-01).Graph cuts still showing.

For some other devices Found something in Cati.log i have mentioned below, please Check once,

Hi,

This is our Settings Of pollar In Cacti. Is anything changes needed in Settings?

Because Still now we are facing same issue like graph Cuts Most of Devices.

Please Check Once,
