Cacti Enterprise Support

Post by mschwen »

Hello Cacti Developers,

I am in the process of evaluating Cacti to replace many tools we currently use, we are looking at a pretty large deployment of Cacti. We have specific SOX requirements because we are a publicly traded company. One of them is we have to have official support for any Network Monitoring tools we decide to use. Are you aware of any group either you developers or a 3rd party company that can provide Cacti support? I know Cacti has a large community of Network Engineers and Developers, but the type of support we are looking for is paid, phone or in person support. Thanks for any response!

Hello,
Our main concern is to keep the service up and running with graphs without cuts. and we need upgrade process, solving bugs, perform backup and restore activities to check data integrity. Do you know a vendor that help us with this, please? Or another commercial software can perform same function?

We had a security issue this week and could use paid support today to upgrade from 1.2.6 to the newest version.
We cant use the date filters in 1.2.6 so upgrading will likely fix the issue and help us identify who done it.

How can I reach out to someone for help upgrading? I might could get through it myself but need this done asap
