What version of cacti? If not 1.x, that is an unsupported version. You have one or more crashed tables. MySQL/MariaDB both have a way to auto-repair, but I suggest you just move to 1.x.

0.8.8a Version is what is currently running on the cacti.

If you just started, I recommend starting over with 1.2.16 or 1.2.22 but if you do 1.2.22 there are other files. 1.2.23 will be released in a month.

Another thing is to increase your spine processes to equal to the amount of CPUs in the server, and the threads to ~10 or so. You are trying to monitor 261 servers with 1 thread, and it seems you have some down hosts which are creating a choke point.

As TheWitness said, one of your database tables has crashed and needs to be repaired. Specifically the "poller_command" table.

You can try running this command from the command line
mysqlcheck -A --auto-repair

You may have to look up the credentials for the DB user and pass those, but you google that.

Also, you set processes for the poller to 30. I assume you don't have 30 physical processors in the box. So instead set Processes to 4, and set threads to 12.
