Failed to open data file

Post by pavelsch »

Hello,
I've created a new device and some of the RRD charts are not being created.
What should I check.
Thank you

Check the poller cache for the items in question. If there are no items, re-push out the device. You can do that when editing the device. It may just be that not enough time has passed.

I am sending a dump from the View Poller Cache, it looks like the items are duplicated.
I have re-saved the device and no change, the charts have not been created.

Run spine in debug mode and see that you are getting output

./spine -R -V 3 -S -f host_id -l host_id

Did you see the data in the detailed spine output?
