Dear Witness,

thanks for your respons, but we not use gmail in this case, use gmail for testing only, just for comparison, but result is same we use Gmail and our email, the alert is not sent.

Well, this is not a Cacti issue. The other thing you can do is use Wireshark to sniff the traffic and catch the errors from your Mail Server. That'll work just fine.

It could be a size issue. Some Email servers reject Emails if they are greater than X bytes. Your mail administrator should let you know. Could be going into the spam folder or being blocked by the mail systems spam pre-processor. This is only something you can work with the various Email providers that you use to determine.
