Post by GGA »

Is there a way to add kind of newline between graphs?
A tree item I could add?

Code: Select all

tree --> leaf

It's something to think about. We would need a feature request on GitHub though. Right now, it's the summer of barely any coding. Nice weather, we are all attempting to enjoy it.

I've found something in our old cacti setup.
Thing is, I can't say how it was realised. :)
It is just a Generic SNMPv2 Host and uses only Interface - Traffic (bits/sec) as a Graph Template and SNMP - Interface Statistics as Data Query.

Ahh, I've found it. In both versions I'm able to add the whole host to a tree and don't have to handle all graphs one by one.
The old cacti 0.8.8 gives me an additional option to group graphs.
There is a "graph grouping style" where I can choose "Graph Template" oder " Data Query Index".

Right, you can also enable 'Expand Device' and you will get a tree under the Device showing each template or data query depending on how you setup the device in the Tree.

If you add them from the tree, you can right click on the Device and set the order type. Remember to 'Expand Devices'.
