NEW INSTALL v1.2.21 - No default Templates

New install of Cacti 1.2.21 on Rocky Linux 9. During Cacti install I see the WARNING "Device Template for your Operating System Not Found. You will need to import Device Templates or Cacti Packages to monitor your Cacti server."

After the install there in fact are no default templates so I tried to do cli install, and it says it read the XML data, but there are still no templates.

# /usr/share/cacti/cli/import_template.php --filename=/usr/share/cacti/install/templates/Cisco_Router.xml.gz
Read 52403 bytes of XML data

Is there another way to import default templates?

Switched to Ubuntu 20.04 and default templates are installed.

[cigamit]

Normally it asks if you want to import them during the web install.
