Dear All
Graphs stopped updating the traffic from last 2 days . Cacti Version Version 0.8.8f , OS Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS
Few error logs attached below for reference. Poller cache not showing interface listed . But SNMP cache is avilable for all graphs/interfaces.

Devices not responing to snmp query. Maybe problem with snmp, firewall,.. Try snmpwalk from cacti host:
snmpwalk -c your_community -v2c device_ip
snmpwalk -c your_community -v2c device_ip
Let the Cacti grow!

Likely the snmpd.conf file on the target host was reset to the default and you lost broader access to the devices metrics. My snmpd.conf file is quite simple:
