Wrong ping values in Cacti graph issue.

Hi folks,
I am using Cacti as monitoring server and it is working pretty well. But i am facing wrong ping (output) value issue in cacti on only a few graphs. Kindly help me in this regards with thanks.

You need to provide a debug run of either cmd.php or spine for the device_id in question. You also did not state your version of Cacti. Some examples:

./spine -R -V 3 -S -f device_id -l device_id

If you are using cmd.php, it's slightly different syntax.

php -q cmd.php --first=device_id --last=device_id --debug

i am using CMD poller type and using Version 1.2.22 of cacti. I am unable to understand, how to run following command as i am a newbie.

"php -q cmd.php --first=device_id --last=device_id --debug".

Think about it. What number is a device_id? What are you trying to diagnose? It's a device right? What is it's device_id?
