[SOLVED]hmib plugin does not show all devices

Post by eholz1 »

Hello Members,
I just installed the cacti hmib plugin from Github - very interesting.
Have over 400 devices in my cacti host table. the hmib plugin
only found 29 devices - happen to be Juniper MX-80s

The remaining devices I have are Cisco routers and/or switches.
Is there a reason why these devices do not appear in the plugin?

Running Oracle 8 Linux, and cacti 1.2.21

Thanks for continuing to build a great product,

Hmib will only discover devices that support the Host Resource MIB OID group.

For those wondering, I'm still here, but lost in the shadows. Yearning for less bugs. Who want's a Cacti 1.3/2.0? Streams anyone?
