Missing graph

Post by Andrew1 »

Hi,
I have a device with 4 graphs all working properly.
Today I have added a new graph template and then created a new fifth graph for the device using that template. The new graph also works correctly but it does not appear on the graph tree under the device. I can add it to the tree as a separate menu option but I would like it to appear under the device along with the four existing graphs. What am I missing?

It depends on what you added to the tree. If you added the device, then it should appear under the device, if you were just adding graphs to the tree, you have to do the same for the graph in question. I find it easiest to do this from Console > Management > Graphs menu pick, just select the graphs you want to add to the tree, and then from the actions drop-down, select Place on Tree So and So.
