Intro page/console homepage

Thanks, I tried, but 3.0.3 wrote, that is incompatible with 1.2.16 cacti which I downloaded as the latest stable from cacti.net
So I tried 3.0.1, it is compatible, but no eye icon (other icons on the right side of each graph are present)...

It seems that you forget deinstall/reinstall intropage plugin in console -> configuration-> plugins.

You can enable fav graphs here - go to console-> configuration->users->choose user->intropage tab -> there is "Favorite Graphs"

This should be mentioned on github as well, though whats wrong with my system when i encountered the same issue linke described here. After uninstalling and installing intropage everything works fine and the eye icon is visible as well.

Hey all. I seem to have an issue with intropage but can't find any errors or any information to help out. I've tried a few versions now, the two most recent are 4.0.1 and 3.x.
My cacti is 1.2.21

No matter what version I try there never seem to be an intropage tab in the user settings. Being there are no errors, I've really no idea where to look next.

Use last version from github
You can try disable, uninstall and reinstall plugin (it removes all data but it can solve few problems)
console->configuration->users->choose user-> intropage tab - have you any allowed panel?

I've tried the uninstall and reinstall including a fresh download.
I downloaded 4.0.1 from here - https://github.com/Cacti/plugin_intropa ... tag/v4.0.1
permissions are www-data for group and owner as well (Ubuntu 20.04) non apt install

console->configuration->users->choose user-> intropage tab --- I don't have this panel. Everything else seems fine including changing settings for intro panel. Just no tab in user settings.

an addition. the same behaviour is there for me with the latest pull as well.

the cacti installation is fresh with 3 devices in it. I haven't made any modifications or have any additional plugins yet aside from monitor and thold

now tested on fresh 1.2.21 with 4.0.1 and it works fine, check screenshot.
Is any error in log?

Is there something I could be missing?

I've gone through the process twice now to test. Including deleting the sql cacti user and recreating it and the permissions .
The second time I followed the instruction directly copy/paste off the cacti install page.

Basically installed cacti via git / cacti hompage instructions.
pulled intropage git and set permissions, then enabled. Saw no user tab again, uninstalled and re-installed.

Still no tab in user settings.

Cacti works fine, just no intropage tab so I can't complete it's setup and get any display on the main console.

And not a single message in the log in regards to inropage
