Strange message when I'm adding a device

With version 1.2.20 when I add a device I got this message:
Note, we could not process all your actions. Details are below.

Remote Poller 0 is Down, you will need to perform a FullSync once it is up again
Save Successful.

But the device is created, and I don't have a remote poller.

Where this can come from ?

1.2.20 has few bugs which are fixed, please upgrade to 1.2.21.

We were hopeful that 1.2.20 would be a good long lived release, but had to hit the reset button. 1.2.21 is appearing much better, we have one small issue around PHP8 support that was logged, but other than that, it's looking like a better long lived release. We have one more point release to do in the 1.2.x series and all the remaining feature requests in the backlog can wait for the fall development season once we get the develop branch back in order.
