Poller Request

Question on Poller and Templates and Data Source:

I have a sing;e data source setup called OpenWeatherMap which uses a Python Script to call an API to OpenWeatherMap

1 I have 4 templates, one for TEMP, HUMIDITY, PRESSURE, WIND

The Poller is set Global for 5 minutes

Does this mean that the Poller is making a SINGLE REQUEST EVERY FIVE MINUTES

or is it

MAKING FOUR REQUEST EVERY 5 MINUTES

I'm asking as after creating that, OpenWeatherMap disabled my API as they are saying I'm making over 771 request per minute . I challenged that statement.
