What happened to the scripts and templates for current versions?

There is a stickied forum post about the old version here: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=32151

But both are giving 400 errors, and there doesn't seem to be any official comment or pointer to current templates and scripts. I can't even find Apache templates that work out of the box.

Help?
