cacti does not show create device, create graph, view etc

Hi,

I installed cacti on hyper v machine, CentOS release 6.8 (Final), But not shown dashboard create device, create graph, view etc. page is blank.

Console -> configuration -> Settings -> General tab -> Other settings -> Hida Cacti Dashboard?
